We are thrilled to share some exciting news about our recent partnership with Collier Construction and their transformative Milltown project. Together, we are reshaping a once neglected area into a vibrant mixed-use and multi-family community that promises to be a hub of life and activity.
The Milltown Project: A Vision Unfolding
Collier Construction is leading the revitalization of the Coosa Mill area, a 46-acre redevelopment that prioritizes walkability, featuring nearly 1,000 households, including single-family homes, townhomes, and more. The project integrates office spaces, retail outlets, a community center, and a lively plaza, with approximately 85 households completed in the initial phases and more underway. In contrast, the Lookout Mountain project, encompassing 770 households, lacks the emphasis on walkability, setting the Coosa Mill development apart in creating vibrant, pedestrian-friendly communities.
