Our Team

  • Andrew Breneman - CEO

    Starting in landscaping at only 7-years-old, Andrew has been driven to make properties beautiful and cultivate a thriving business ever since. He bought his first riding lawnmower at only 12-years-old and would pull a trailer behind it around the neighborhood to care for the properties he managed… because he didn’t even have a drivers’ license. In fact, his first employee was another teenager but one who was old enough to drive him around to job sites. Andrew’s commercial landscaping business has doubled every year for the last five years. He is passionate about generosity, investing in people, and doing the right thing.

  • Luke Grunewald - Office Assistant

    Originally from South Africa, Luke plays a crucial supporting role at LIME, assisting with customer requests, administrative tasks, and anything the team needs to keep things running smoothly. He’s always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s answering emails, organizing information, or helping teammates stay on track. Luke’s behind-the-scenes support helps the entire team stay focused, efficient, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings.

    Growing up in Florida, Ivan was surrounded by greenery and quickly learned what it takes to keep it thriving. Over the years, he’s worked for several of the nation’s top five landscape companies, leading massive operations and managing teams that spanned entire regions. His career has been built on getting his hands dirty, solving problems before they grow roots, and helping teams grow stronger with every season.

    Ivan is a leader who knows what it means to build something that lasts. From large-scale commercial projects to building out high-performing branches, he’s done it all. He’s passionate about investing in strong teams, seeing them succeed, and making sure the work gets done right.
